Creatively Unique is a personal, virtual retreat for those of you who need guidance with developing your brand + putting the right legal strategies in place to protect your new brand.

Creatively Unique will be offered Saturdays + Sundays from 3pm to 8:30pm CST.

During our retreat, we will spend time getting to know you – who you are, what you do, and your vision for your business. We want to know your story. This will help us make sure that your brand reflects you and says exactly what it needs to say.

 Then, we will really get down to business.

This is when we work on your business name. I will conduct a trademark search and give you on-the-spot counsel on whether it’s a solid name to select for trademark registration, or not. We will continue to brainstorm until we come up with a name that works – creatively and legally.

Often times, business owners skip this step…saving it until after they’ve already introduced their business to the world. We want you – our most creative client – to stay two steps ahead of the rest.

Once we have a name pinned down, legal counsel in place, then we move into the fun stuff (and a two hour break for you). Our design pro will get feedback on colors and other branding deets before she heads off to the “lab” to work on your masterpiece.

During these two hours, JMH will create custom logos that will personify your new business.

Next, we will reconvene for “Design Refine.” During this time, you can request up to four revisions on your new logos. While JMH returns to the lab, I will counsel you on the trademark process and your options. I will also counsel you on ways to protect your new brand now that you are ready to go live.

 That is it! The next business day you will receive your final logo files and you will be ready to go. What a great way to spend your time – having a little bit of fun and getting your business off of the ground in the process.

$850. Start to finish. An entire Creatively Unique Retreat including 5.5 hours of consultation, design, trademark search + legal counsel.
